Physics Laboratory
The school has a well – equipped Physics laboratory. In the laboratory, efforts are made to provide individual learning and experimentation time to the students to develop a high order of practical skills, analytical abilities and the opportunities to learn by doing.
The equipment ranges from the commonly found lens, magnet, beam balance, spring balance, glass prism to the advanced apparatus like voltmeter, ammeter and resistors and spectrometers to name a few. The laboratory is also equipped with an interactive board and an LCD projector that allows the teachers to incorporate the latest technology in their lessons to arouse the interest and curiosity of the students.
Chemistry Laboratory
We have a well –planned, fully equipped and spacious laboratory. Acid-proof workstations fitted with L.P.G. Borosil glassware, electronic balances are some added advantages. All necessary facilities are available for ensuring effective safely in the laboratory.
Biology Laboratory
A well-equipped and spacious Bioscience laboratory has been established, having all ultra-modern facilities. Wide range of plants and animal specimens are available. Superior quality microscopes, chemical balance and water bath are available for effective experimentation. High quality preservatives like formalin are available for students to prepare their own specimens. Tools for First Aid are provided as a precautionary measure.
Mathematics Laboratory
A child can perceive a concept thoroughly only with the combination of theoretical teaching in a classroom and hands on experience in a lab. Math needs practice, interest and brainpower which are fostered by the Math lab. The Aagmik Math Laboratory makes math simple and fun for students. The lab is well equipped to demonstrate and elucidate any topic. The laboratory has several educational toys and instruments like Abacus, Sextant, models, charts, graph charts, 3D figures (like cones, Pyramids, Cylinders) and 2D figures (like Circle, Square, Rectangles).
Social Science Laboratory
Social science lab provides a platform for students to share their presentations. Some of the concepts where imagination is difficult are taught with the help of models like solar system, land forms, drainage pattern, rotation and revolution of the earth etc. In our school we have models, samples, sketches, maps, globes and several pictures related to History, Geography and civics topics. We have models and samples of different types of rocks and minerals, solar system, globes, physical features of India, tectonic movements, volcanic eruption, the course of a river, physical, political and cultural maps of India and the world etc. In History we have projects and models on Mughal empire, Harappan civilization – clothes, artifacts, jewels etc.
Computer Laboratory
Today is the age of information Technology and everywhere around us, Computers are being used for the processing of information. To make our students aware of this technology, we have a wellequipped laboratory with latest multimedia computers, having facilities to work on modern software with access to the cyber world through the internet facilities.
Additionally, trough digital Aided Learning software, this laboratory provides a platform to understand specific subject topics more concisely. The laboratory is fully equipped with Central Networking.
